Privora is offline by design. Every feature below runs on your iPhone, with no account, no server, and no analytics. Files, receipts, and statements are read on your device, and what they contain never leaves it.

Automatic card-transaction importing through Apple Shortcuts, related links for bookmarks, and a long-standing keyboard annoyance fixed across the whole app.

  • Import eligible Apple Wallet transactions as expenses, through an Apple Shortcuts automation you build and control. A guided wizard sets it up, and a review queue means nothing is ever saved silently.
  • Related Links for Bookmarks: attach any number of extra URLs to a bookmark, each with its own title, and find them through bookmark search.
  • Smart Notes now export to a properly paginated A4 PDF, with wide tables laid out to fit and long exports reporting progress so they can be cancelled.
  • A Done bar and tap-outside-to-dismiss across all 30 numeric forms, so the keyboard gets out of your way.
  • Accessibility work throughout: status pills no longer rely on colour alone, and rows stack cleanly at the largest text sizes, verified in Arabic and right-to-left.
  • Deleting a credit card now asks for confirmation first, instead of deleting straight away.

Coming Next

Finished and being tested. These are not part of Privora 2.0 and will arrive in a later update.

  • Document Builder, Privora's 26th module. Write a real document from formatted text and images, then export it as a polished PDF without leaving your phone.
  • Share to Privora. Send text, PDFs, links, images, and contact cards to Privora from any app through the iOS Share Sheet.
  • Five more widgets: Expenses, Credit Cards, Debts and Loans, Laundry, and Home Maintenance, bringing the total to fourteen.
  • Widgets that follow the colour theme and appearance mode you chose in Privora, instead of always following the system.
  • Richer expense and card rows, showing the time, the payment source, and where an expense came from at a glance.

  1. Privora 1.1.7

    Build 17

    The largest release Privora has had: two new modules, Home Screen widgets, colour themes, on-device reading of receipts and bank statements, and a redesign of every list and every PDF.

    • PDF Library and Image Library, two new modules with tags, search, and an optimiser that keeps the library small.
    • Nine Home Screen widgets, each drawn from a local snapshot, with their own Widget Privacy setting.
    • Three colour themes, plus an Appearance Mode that runs independently of the theme.
    • On-device bank statement importing, including password-protected files, with every row reviewable before anything is saved.

    Reminders rebuilt from the ground up, alongside a wave of module improvements.

    • Reminders rebuilt: scheduling is now truthful about when a reminder will fire, and reminders are re-armed correctly after a backup is restored.
    • Secure Contacts gained multiple phone numbers and email addresses per contact, and a redesigned detail screen.
    • Smart Notes gained Markdown export.
    • Subscriptions gained billing history and a quick cancel action.

  4. Privora 1.1.3

    Build 13

    The Backup Manager arrived, and Smart Notes moved to a proper Markdown renderer.

    • Backup Manager: all your records and their attachments in a single ZIP, with a preview before you restore it.
    • Open Source Licenses in Settings, carrying the full licence text for every third-party component Privora uses.
    • Smart Notes rebuilt on a proper Markdown renderer, with a welcome note on first launch.
    • Receipt and attachment images moved to file storage, keeping the app's database small.

    Smarter expense entry in Split Tracker, and a starter library for Workout Tracker.

    • Split Tracker suggests a category as you type an expense title, matching against built-in keywords and merchant names entirely on your device.
    • Corrections you make are remembered locally, so suggestions sharpen the more you use them. Nothing is processed in the cloud, and the final choice is always yours.
    • Workout Tracker gained a Starter Exercise Library: browse popular exercises by muscle group and equipment type, then add them to your own library.
    • Imported starter exercises become fully editable personal entries, so first-time setup is far quicker.

    Three new modules and a much larger Healthcare module, bringing Privora to 20.

    • Workout Tracker: build your own exercises, routines, and weekly plans, with session logs, progress insights, personal bests, body metrics, and PDF export.
    • Laundry Services: follow an order from drop-off to pickup, save invoice images, mark orders received, and keep accurate laundry expense totals.
    • Split Tracker: share expenses one to one or across a group, with balances calculated for you, settlements recorded, and receipts attached.
