About Privora

Privora is a privacy-first personal management app for iPhone. It brings together 17 specialized modules across three hubs — Finance, Life, and Organize — giving you a single, secure place to manage expenses, warranties, debts, appointments, documents, projects, and more. Everything runs 100% offline on your device.

Privora includes 17 modules: Expense Tracker, Credit Card Payments, Debts & Loans, Refund Tracker, BNPL Tracker, Subscriptions Tracker, Home Bills, Warranty Tracker, Car Maintenance, Healthcare Appointments, Document Expiry, Home Stock & Refill, List Manager, Notepad, Bookmarks, Private Contact Book, and Projects Calculator.

Privora is currently available for iPhone only and requires iOS 17 or later. iPad and Android versions are not available at this time.

Privora supports English (default) and Arabic with full Right-to-Left (RTL) layout support.

Privora supports 18 currencies: AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, INR, CAD, AUD, SGD, HKD, BRL, and TRY. The default currency is AED, and you can change it during onboarding or at any time in Settings.

Privacy & Security

No. Privora has zero analytics, zero tracking, and zero third-party data collection SDKs. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers. We don't know who you are — and we designed it that way.

Yes. All data is stored exclusively on your iPhone in an encrypted app sandbox. Privora never connects to the internet to send data, so there's no risk of interception. You can also lock the app with Face ID or your device passcode for an additional layer of protection.

No. There are no analytics platforms, crash reporting services, advertising frameworks, or any other tracking technologies in Privora. There is no user behavior tracking of any kind.

Privora uses Apple's Vision framework to read text from receipt photos — extracting totals, dates, and merchant names automatically. This processing happens entirely on your iPhone. No image data or extracted text is ever sent to any server.

No. iOS restricts each app's data to its own sandboxed container. Other apps on your device cannot access anything stored in Privora. The Private Contact Book is also completely isolated from the iOS Contacts system, so contacts saved in Privora are invisible to apps like WhatsApp, social media, and email clients.

Subscriptions & Pricing

Privora offers two subscription plans: $4.99/month or $19.99/year (save over 65%). Both plans give you full access to all 17 modules.

Yes. Privora includes a 14-day free trial so you can explore all 17 modules before committing to a subscription. No payment is charged during the trial period.

Since subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, you can cancel at any time from your iPhone: go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Privora, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Open Privora and go to Settings. You'll find a "Restore Purchases" option that verifies your subscription status with the App Store. This is useful if you reinstall the app or switch to a new device.

Privora uses Apple's App Store for payment processing, so any payment method linked to your Apple ID is accepted — including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and App Store gift cards. Privora never sees or stores your payment details.

Using the App

Absolutely. Privora is designed to work entirely offline. Every feature — receipt scanning, PDF generation, cost calculations, notifications, and data entry — operates on your device using Apple's native frameworks. No internet connection is required at any time.

Yes. Privora includes a data export feature in Settings that generates a JSON summary of your records. The export is created locally and shared using the standard iOS share sheet — you can save it to Files, AirDrop it, or send it via email. Many modules also support PDF report export.

If you delete Privora, all data stored within the app is permanently removed from your device. Because there are no cloud backups or server copies, this deletion is final. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling if you want to keep a copy.

Open Privora and go to Settings. You'll find an option to enable Face ID or device passcode lock. Once enabled, the app will require authentication each time you open it.

Troubleshooting

Try these steps: (1) Make sure you're running iOS 17 or later. (2) Force-close Privora and reopen it. (3) Restart your iPhone. (4) Check for app updates in the App Store. If the issue persists, please contact us at help@privoraapp.com.

Go to Settings within Privora and tap "Restore Purchases." This re-verifies your subscription with the App Store. If the problem continues, make sure your Apple ID payment method is valid and that the subscription is active in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
